In the Collibra Studio, you can add a task or note using the "Tasks" feature anywhere in a file managed by the Collibra Studio. This feature is extremely handy to add a todo or a note about the source code without altering the code or adding comments to the source. To add a task or todo, go to a specific line in the source and click on Add Task... in the Edit menu.
A dialog will be shown where you can enter a description and priority to you task.
Click on OK to add the task. One the task is added, you will see a clipboard icon on the left hand side in the source editor and a blue square at the right hand side.
You can get an overview of all your tasks by navigating to the Tasks View. To show the Tasks View, go to Window > Show View > Other... or press ⌥ ⌘ Q followed by Q on a Mac or ⌥ ⇧ Q followed by Q on Windows.
This will pop up the Show View dialog where you can start typing 'Tasks' in the filter input box. All irrelevant views will be filtered out, leaving you with the Tasks View. Select it and click on OK.
The Tasks View will be show in its default location. This view includes an overview of all tasks within this project. Double clicking on one of this tasks will jump you to the source line where you added the task.
