Minimal Requirements:

• Windows XP or greater
• Minimal RAM: 256 MB
• Hard Disk space: 100 MB
• Java 5.0 or greater
  

Start the installation by double clicking on the msi package.

When the installer is started, click on the Next button.

Quickly go over the License Agreement and click on I accept the terms in the License Agreement if you do so. Click on Next to continue.

Select the type of installation and click on Next.

• Typical & Complete: This will install all components.
  
• Custom: Choose which component you want to install by selection.

If you have chosen Custom as installation type you will get the screen above where you can select the components you want to install.

• Studio Application: The application itself, Collibra Studio 1.1
• Example Projects: A preconfigured demo project to quickly start trying the evaluation.

The Disk Usage button can be used to have a quick overview of the space you have left on your main hard disks. Click on Next to start installing.

When you've chosen the Typical or Complete installation type or Custom and past the selection screen, you will get the following screen right before the installation. Click on the Install button to start it.

Windows Vista and 7 will ask you to grant the installation wizard the rights to install the application. Click Yes or Allow to continue.

When installation completes, click Finish and navigate to Start > All Programs > Colllibra Studio and launch the application. 

The example workspace that is included in the installation is not selected by default when you start the application. To do this you have to navigate to Program Files > Collibra Studio > DemoWorkspace by clicking on the Browse... button. Select the Use this as the default and do not ask again option and click OK.
